A 12-minute micro-learning module that teaches professionals how to give short, respectful and performance-focused feedback in day-to-day workplace settings.

This module focuses on developing the ability to deliver feedback that is brief, objective and actionable without damaging working relationships. Learners progress through scenario-based practice, comparison activities and a final knowledge check to strengthen clarity, confidence and consistency in communication.
